我們收集什麼／What we collect
FillSlot OS 是面向香港服務業 SME 的 B2B 預約獲取／入冊工具相關推廣與試點服務。 我們可能收集你主動提供的業務聯絡資料（例如姓名、電郵、電話、診所／公司名稱、試點興趣說明）。
FillSlot OS is B2B marketing and pilot support for appointment-acquisition / booking-record capture for Hong Kong service SMEs. We may collect business contact details you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email, phone, clinic/company name, and notes about pilot interest).
用途／Purpose
- 回覆試點與產品查詢／Responding to pilot and product enquiries
- 安排示範或試用相關通訊／Arranging demos or pilot-related communications
- 改善服務說明與跟進（不作無關的第三方推廣轉售）／Improving service follow-up (not selling your data for unrelated third-party marketing)
最小化／Minimization
我們只收集回覆你查詢及營運試點所需的資料，避免過度收集個人資料。 We collect only what is needed to respond to your enquiry and operate a pilot, and avoid excessive personal data.
保留／Retention
業務查詢與試點通訊紀錄通常保留至相關跟進完成後一段合理期間，或按法律／會計要求保留；其後會刪除或匿名化。 Enquiry and pilot communication records are kept for a reasonable period after follow-up is complete, or as required by law/accounting, then deleted or anonymised.
查閱、更正與刪除／Access, correction & deletion
你可要求查閱、更正或刪除與你相關的個人資料。請電郵 inquiry@insightmeter.site （主旨可註明「私隱要求／privacy request」）。我們會在合理時間內處理。
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing inquiry@insightmeter.site (subject line: privacy request). We will handle requests within a reasonable time.
